The purpose of the FAQ section is to provide basic and concise answers to the most frequently asked questions about our Products & Services and about our Customer Support System.

It attempts to answer some of the most frequently asked questions relating to our product, services and general information. The information has been organized into general questions frequently asked by our clients. Information for each question is structured in such a way to provide a basic answer and then provide more detailed technical information for those with an interest. Because there is so much information than can be written about our products & services and our customer support, there are some omissions.
